[BUG] CLAUDE.md language/dialect instructions drift during long sessions (Spanish voseo leaks into neutral-Spanish output)

Published: 5 hours ago

The reported issue is that the Claude Code model respects the neutral Latin American Spanish (tuteo) dialect instructions at the start of the session, but over time and after long interactions or heavy tool usage, it starts leaking Rioplatense voseo forms, causing semantic ambiguity and making reading and understanding difficult. There are no error messages, the failure is silent and affects language consistency in prolonged sessions.
