Hi,<p>Customer support can make or break a site but for those with small businesses, handling customer support can be a real nightmare (esp. technical and billing questions). You can of course hire full time employee(s) but that is not an option until your site is making a sizable income, or you are funded.<p>So for the rest of us:<p>- what are the ways to handle customer support? - Do you do it yourself, outsource it to some other site &#x2F; person, or have hired person(s) do it? - What is the average time it takes you to resolve customer queries? - How much budget do you allocate for handling customer support?
